Spring 2012 Regularly scheduled classes are taught through Roanoke County Parks and Recreation and Tourism at the Brambleton Center located near Cave Spring Corners, 3738 Brambleton Avenue, Roanoke. Registration is handled through the Center's office, call (540) 772-7529 for more information. You can also search for classes in the free magazine published by Roanoke County Parks and Recreation four times a year or search and register online on the Roanoke County Parks and Recreation website. My cooking classes are listed in the Life Skills Section on the pull-down menu. Classes are offered four times a year during the fall, winter, spring and summer semesters.
